Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tailoredlearnings.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others, and no attempting to circumvent security controls.

Content

Educational content generated by the Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use by your household. You may print and use generated worksheets with your own children. You may not redistribute or resell generated content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that educational content will align perfectly with every state or local standard. Educational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailored Learnings’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
